User adoption rate
User adoption rate measures how quickly and effectively users start using a product, feature, or system after it’s introduced. It reflects how well users embrace and incorporate the solution into their regular workflows or routines.
Formula:
User adoption rate = (Number of active users ÷ Total number of targeted users) × 100
Example:
If 800 out of 1,000 users start actively using a new CRM feature within the first month, the adoption rate is: (800 ÷ 1,000) × 100 = 80%
