  No. White labeling is an optional agency feature. You can use the agency dashboard, client management, permissions, prospecting, AI data enrichment, multichannel outreach, AI SDR, unified inbox, and other Skylead features without offering a white-label platform.
  

• Can clients access their own accounts?
  

  Yes. You can invite clients and decide what they are allowed to access through granular roles and permissions. Clients can have full operational access, limited visibility, or no direct platform access, depending on your service model.
  

• Can clients use our agency’s AI SDR?
  

  Yes. Your agency can train the AI SDR using its own knowledge, strategy, examples, and feedback, and then apply that training to relevant client campaigns. However, clients cannot view, edit, copy, or delete the training set behind their AI SDR.
