Do I have to use LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator?
Yes, we support only LinkedIn Premium and Sales Navigator packages. LinkedIn Recruiter support is coming soon.

How many people can I reach per day?
You can connect with 200 new people per day and send 200 messages to existing connections every 24 hours. You can choose to run your campaigns 7 days/week, or choose to not run on weekends.

Is my account safe?
Although some tools can get your account restricted or banned, using our tool is 100% safe since it works as if a human is in front of the computer, simply automating stuff in a way human would do it manually.

Can someone notice that I’m using automation?
No, our system makes it completely human like, and unless you use unpersonalized generic messages no one can ever even suspect that you are using an automation tool.

How complicated is it to use Skylead?
Our tool has a very simple and clean UX, meaning that it will take you no more than 5 minutes to get to know all the features.

Is customer support included?
Yes, we have 24/7 live customer support at your disposal for any questions you might have.

Who handles the credit card info?
We use Stripe payment processor which guarantees complete safety and reliability as the highest standard of payment processing for software products.

Can I cancel the subscription at any moment?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any moment which means that we will not be charging you anymore unless you decide to purchase your subscription again.

When do you charge me for subscription?
Once you sign up to Skylead you will be able to add LinkedIn account, and choose the number of accounts you want to add if you want to add multiple accounts. At that point you will be asked to enter your payment info and complete the payment. After few seconds, you will get the access to add chosen number of accounts.

Once you complete the payment you will have active subscription for 30 days.

Refund policy
You will be notified about your incoming payment 7 days in advance to your email. If you have been charged by your mistake of not canceling the subscription you will be eligible for a refund if you didn’t use it in the next 24 hours after the charge. For any other questions you can contact billing@skylead.io

What if I cancel my subscription before it expires?
You will have full access to the tool until the end of your subscription period.

Is Skylead an extension?
No, Skylead is a cloud based tool that you log in to with your browser and can close it anytime, since it works independently from your computer.

Can I white label Skylead?
Yes, we offer white label option.

Are you affilliated with LinkedIn?
No, we are in no way affiliated with the company operating LinkedIn. We provide automation software for our users.
